Gerald has been working with TruArc’s senior investment team since 2005. As an investment partner, he enjoys cultivating a supportive and collaborative team dynamic focused on driving transformational change through a targeted investment strategy. Focused on Specialty Manufacturing, Gerald leads TruArc’s efforts in the B2B Consumer subsector.

Gerald currently serves on the boards of New Directions Aromatics and Teasdale Latin Foods, and previously served on the boards of Velvet, Boyd Corporation, FeraDyne and Brook & Whittle. Previously, Gerald was an analyst in the investment banking division of CIBC World Markets. Gerald received a B.Com. in Finance from McGill University.
