TruArc Partners, a private equity firm focused on middle-market investments in specialty manufacturing and business services, today announced the final close of TruArc Partners Fund V (together with its parallel funds, “Fund V”) with $1.2 billion in capital commitments, exceeding its $1.1 billion target and well above its $840.1 million predecessor fund.
