John is an operating partner at TruArc, working with the firm’s portfolio companies in Commercial and Industrial Services. He is currently chairman of AI Fire and Northwinds Services Group. He was formerly chairman of Amarok.

Prior to joining TruArc, John served as CFO of Iron Mountain, where he played a pivotal role growing the company from $30 million in revenue to over $3 billion. Working with the TruArc team, he endeavors to create similar transformational growth for the firm’s portfolio companies, concentrating on the highest-leverage issues of strategy, capital allocation, and stakeholder alignment.

John received a B.S.M.E. from The Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He previously served on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of FM Facility Maintenance, as well as a number of other private and public company boards.
