Tom is an operating partner at TruArc, focusing on operational initiatives across the portfolio. He is currently advising on ECRM, Teasdale, Feradyne and NDA.

Prior to joining TruArc, Tom served as the COO at Dollar Tree from October 2017-July 2022 where he implemented various strategic initiatives to drive operational excellence, improving customer satisfaction along with operating metrics. During his time at Dollar Tree, total store count increased from 13,000 to over 16,000 in 5 years. Preceding his career at Dollar Tree, Tom served as Chairman, CEO and President at Marsh Supermarkets, Executive VP and CMO at Great Atlantic and Pacific, President and CMO at Sears Holdings and SVP Merchandising and Marketing among other roles at Albertsons.

Tom has a Bachelor of Science, Management from Northern Illinois University and is a M.B.A. Candidate from Northern Illinois University.
